A Visit To Strengthen Friendship & Co-Operation Between Two Countries
Representing 4.3% of the total volume of Togolese exports in 2022, Niger is a key partner for Togo.
We had the honour to welcome to PIA - Plateforme Industrielle d'Adétikopé, a delegation from Niger, led by Colonel Major Salissou MAHAMAN, Minister of Transport and Equipment, accompanied by Mr. Seydou Asman, Minister in charge of Trade and Industry and Mr. Mahaman Elhadj Ousmane, Minister of Agriculture on a visit to strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
Our guests attended a detailed presentation of the Zone, its model and cutting-edge facilities by PIA officials. The Nigerien delegation was pleasantly surprised by the role of the PIA and its key geographical position, 27 km from the Port Autonome de Lomé.
Ongoing discussions between our countries offer a strategic opportunity that could potentially catalyze the development of new sectors and industries within PIA.
