The 2021-2026 Social project of the Republic of Congo is focused on the industrialization of the country. We are here in the second SEZ of Kinshasa, the SEZ of KIN MALEBO, situated approximately 40km from the center of Kinshasa. Kin-Malebo will specialize in the processing of Congolese wood, pharmaceuticals, packaging, and others. Samaila Zubairu, the Managing Director of the Africa Finance Corporation (AFC), expressed enthusiasm about this transformative project for the DRC. He emphasized that it aligns with AFC’s strategic commitment to constructing infrastructure that precisely caters to a country’s needs. The development of the Kin-Malebo industrial zone further underscores AFC’s dedication to supporting African nations in enhancing their industrial capabilities.
