Industrial Platform Remo Free Zone (IPR) is a Public- private partnership between ARISE Integrated Industrial Platforms (IIP) and Ogun State Government developing a world-class industrial zone in Sagamu, Ogun State, in Southwest Nigeria. The Industrial ecosystem will host Agro and non-Agro industries such as Light and Heavy Industries, Pharmaceuticals, Renewables and Logistics, alongside an AfDB-designated Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ).

The zone is spread across 5100 hectares, Phase 1 covers 2000 hectares (Phase 1A – 423 hectares, is currently in development) and is strategically situated approximately 50 kilometers from Lagos with excellent connectivity to ports and airports via all major road networks linking to the rest of Nigeria and land border into West Africa. The IPR Free Zone boasts several unique features including clean energy through a Gas Power Plant, proximity to Afreximbank African Quality Assurance Centre, In the vicinity of the Ogun State Cargo and Passenger International Airport and Truck, container terminals and Warehouses.
