Afrikan Ceramics Solutions (ACS), a leading manufacturer of modern Italian-style porcelain floor tiles, has rapidly established itself in the GDIZ zone of Benin since June 2023. Specializing in a wide range of high-quality products—such as ceramic tiles, glazed ceramic tiles, porcelain polished tiles, satin matt, and wooden porcelain planks—ACS has become a key player in the construction sector.
With the support of GDIZ, ACS successfully navigated regulatory approvals, sourced raw materials from local quarries, connected with essential service providers, and built a state-of-the-art factory. In addition, GDIZ facilitated the recruitment of a skilled workforce, allowing ACS to create over 500 direct and indirect jobs in Benin. Notably, ACS sources 90% of its raw materials locally, leveraging resources such as kaolin, granite, and clay, ensuring sustainable growth within the region.
With an annual production capacity of 3,000,000 m² and a distribution network spanning all ECOWAS countries, ACS exemplifies the vast potential for global investors in Benin.
